All Visa and MasterCard cards are accepted. WebPay is the card processing operator, and Priorbank, a subsidiary of the Raifaizen group and the largest bank in Belarus, acts as the guarantor. Online bank card payments are processed by redirecting to the WebPay electronic payment system website. Payment security is ensured by the TSL protocol used to transmit confidential information from the client to the system server for further processing. Further information transfer occurs over closed, highly secure banking networks. Confidential client data (card details, registration data, etc.) is collected and processed at the processing center, not on this website. Therefore, no one except the bank can obtain the client's personal and banking information, including information about purchases made at other stores. When making a payment through the WebPay system, the cardholder will automatically receive an email notification from WebPay informing them that the amount has been debited from their bank card account. Furthermore, when processing bank card payments, we use 3D-Secure technology, which is mandatory for the international payment system VISA.

Reservation modifications and cancellations can be made in the personal account created during registration. When paying by bank card, refunds are made to the card used to make the payment (the RRN code is indicated on the receipt).
