Gorki
Gorki is a small town located in the eastern part of Belarus in the Mogilev region. It is located on the Pronya River (Dnieper basin), where the Porositsa River flows into it. From July 9 to August 16, 1708, Peter I was in Gorki during the Northern War between Russia and Sweden. During the war with Napoleon in 1812, more than 2 thousand inhabitants died in the city. In 1900, 8 thousand people lived in Gorki, and in 2020 there are already 30 thousand.
